Yield per Hectare of Grapes: 120 quintals/ha, of which 40% selected and suitable for producing Amarone
Vinification: The grapes, handpicked as they ripen, are macerated and fermented in the same month for about 10 days and then left to rest in cement or stainless steel tanks until January/February. Following the ancient Ripasso technique, the wine is then refermented on the freshly drained Amarone pomace to acquire more body and complexity.
Aging: 12 months in 50hl Slavonian oak barrels.
Refinement: 6 months in the bottle.
Color: Intense ruby red.
Aroma: Intense, complex, with fruity notes of ripe cherry. Slight sweet spiciness and pleasant toasted notes.
Taste: Warm, soft while maintaining good freshness. Intense and long-lasting.
Alcohol content: 13.5% vol.
