The Botega di Carilius stems from Raffaella's desire to create a place that embodies the essence of her label, Carilius Wine, combined with the magnificence of the Valpolicella territory, a small corner nestled in stone. Every single wall of the Botega is the result of work done with passion; the stone protruding from the walls has been liberated, by hand, to give life to a characteristic environment: a material expression of the values of simplicity and hospitality. Inside, it will be possible to engage in tasting activities, but also simple aperitifs, a community space where people can gather and experience the beauty of the territory.
