Gastronomic pairing: Perfect as an aperitif and ideal with fish, shellfish, and seafood dishes. We suggest trying it with "bigoli con le sarde," a typical dish from the Veronese shore of Lake Garda. Fresh and balanced, our Soave also pairs perfectly with all ingredients of Japanese cuisine, particularly with sushi.
